Phishing is a widespread and dangerous scam in which the victim receives an email that appears to come from a trusted source and demands urgent action, such as clicking on a link.

Links like these lead to fake websites where the user is asked to enter their credentials, enabling the fraudster to steal data and gain access to bank accounts.
