Banca d'Italia's online services

Accessing Banca d'Italia's online services is simple and free of charge. Through the Online Services platform, you can quickly and securely submit requests and reports.

With just a few clicks, you can view the data held about you in the Central Credit Register (CR) and the Interbank Register of Bad Cheques and Payment Cards (CAI); check whether a cheque or payment card has been blocked; submit a complaint to Banca d'Italia; or request corrections to any inaccurate data in the CR or CAI.

You can also send a whistleblowing report to Banca d'Italia if a bank has breached a regulation, or request information about the services offered by banks and the tools available to help you assert your rights in dealings with financial intermediaries.
