EuroSteps Challenge, every step creates value!
The first EuroStep Challenge is arriving - a "step‑based" competition that brings together physical activity and personal finance. It involves more than 15 European central banks - from Spain, Germany, Lithuania and Croatia to Portugal - and 450 million citizens across the European Union.
How does it work?
Simple: you walk for an entire month! During the challenge, the app will also send short notifications with useful tips on how to look after your money. The country that clocks up the highest number of steps will officially be the most active and the most attentive to the key issues of personal finance that matter in everyday life.
To join, simply download the Walk15 app on your smartphone, go to the dedicated challenge section, and select Italy.
The competition starts on 1 April and ends on 30 April.
The initiative, launched by the President of the European Central Bank, Mrs. Christine Lagarde, ahead of the International Women's Day, aims to draw attention to the importance of financial education and help reduce the gender gap that still exists in these areas.
A tip? Don’t wait until 1 April!
Download the app, get ready, and invite friends, colleagues and family members to join in. There will also be surprises, with prize draws and awards for those who reach step‑record levels (the five most active participants, along with five others selected at random, will receive a prize).
At a time marked by tension, let's rediscover the positive spirit of the Olympic Games: a healthy challenge that's good for the heart ... and for your wallet!
