Mortgage renegotiation calculator

Categoria:
Calcolatori

This tool simulates the effects of renegotiating a mortgage by changing the interest rate and/or the remaining loan term. It shows how your regular instalment and the total interest still to be paid might change as a result.

Any costs associated with renegotiation are not included in this tool.

Renegotiation is an agreement between you and your lender to revise one or more elements of your original mortgage contract. You might agree, for example, to change the loan term, the reference index, the spread, or the fees linked to the mortgage.

Renegotiation is not necessarily an alternative to suspending payments.

IMPORTANT

The results shown by this tool are for guidance only. They are not intended to replace the official calculations provided by your bank or financial adviser. Repayment amounts and timelines are based on estimates and may differ from actual figures. The results depend on the information you enter and do not consider other important factors - including your personal circumstances, future interest rate changes, or the specific terms agreed with your bank.

In this simulation, the interest rate is assumed to remain the same for the entire loan period. Interest is calculated using the same repayment frequency you select - monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly.
