ADMISSION TO LISTING

The procedure to authorize the trading of a financial instrument on a regulated market (for example the Mercato Telematico Azionario, MTA managed by Borsa Italiana). The listing application must be filed by the issuer with the market managing company. The latter promptly notifies Consob that it has received the request and checks that all requirements are met. Requirements vary depending on the instrument in question.
