Description
Roberto and Tiziana have decided to buy a house, and are busy choosing a mortgage. Is it better to go for a fixed rate, so that they pay the same amount every time, or a variable rate, which may change in the future but might save them something on their instalments? There's no hard and fast rule here. Everyone has different needs and has to work out what they can afford. The important thing is to make an informed choice after reading and properly understanding all the terms and conditions of the mortgage contract.
