"You and Economics" educational materials

The "You and Economics" programme is a basic financial education course aimed at adults. It covers essential topics that everyone faces in life, including the proper use of payment instruments, financial planning, responsible credit use, and how to activate consumer protection tools when needed. The programme consists of three components:

• an App (available for Android and iOS), that can be downloaded and used on all mobile devices. The app introduces users to the content, topics, and specific vocabulary of each lesson through dialogues, real-life examples, and interactive activities that encourage self-correction;
• a teacher's guide, which includes activities (often based on cooperation and role-playing) that can be carried out in class. These activities help reinforce knowledge and skills, expand their application, and clarify complex concepts;
• a students booklet, which provides easy access to key concepts from each lesson, as well as tools and practical advice for retention. This booklet also includes English and French translations to assist non-Italian-speaking students.

The programme is structured into 12 lessons, covering topics such as different sources of income, the proper use of payment instruments, financial planning, responsible credit use, and consumer protection tools.
