NETWORK FOR GREENING THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM (NGFS)

A global network of central banks and supervisors that promote the sharing of best practices and contribute to the development of environmental and climate risk management in the financial sector. The NGFS, which includes Banca d'Italia, has published a series of reports and analyses, including guides for supervisors and on sustainable investment. Most importantly, the NGFS has produced a set of standard climate scenarios that can help central banks and supervisors to create climate stress tests based on comparable references.

NON-FINANCIAL STATEMENT

The document that companies prepare to provide shareholders, consumers, employees, commercial partners and the general public with information on the impacts of corporate operations and activities in terms of sustainability. The legislation on the reporting of non-financial information (Legislative Decree 254/2016 transposing Directive 2014/95/EU) has introduced the obligation for 'certain companies and certain large groups' to disclose information regarding the policies adopted and the results obtained in environmental and social matters, as well as information on employees and diversity policies.

NOTARY'S REPORT

The document in which the notary certifies that the seller is the actual owner of the property and the legal status of the property to be mortgaged, for example, the existence of any prior liens.
